Hi,
I'm currently employed as a Health & Safety Coordinator for a roofing company, and looking for some advice.
I'm 25 and have the NEBOSH NGC qualification.
Responsibilities in my current role include:
PQQs
Booking training courses
Applying for accreditations / yearly renewal such as, CHAS, Constructionline and Safe Contractor
Updating / reviewing training matrix
RAMs for jobs
site inspections / audits
Scaffold & Safety Netting Inspections
FFP3 Face Fitting
COSHH Assessments
Warranty applications (not safety related)
My question is - where do I go next and how can I attain a higher position?
Thanks for reading.

Re: Career Advice
NEBOSH Construction certificate would be my suggestion since you alreeady have one foot in the door witha roofing company. That will expand a whole lot of things for you.

Thanks for your suggestion Stephen, i’m debating on going down the NEBOSH Diploma route.
Would you recommend going down that path instead of the Nebosh Construction?
Thanks

When I did my Diploma (after the NGC & NCC), the instructor for the construction phase of the Diploma stated I need not attend for those days as I had already covered it in the NCC with him. So there is about construction within the NCC (unless the syllabus has changed since I did it?)
