Friday - 22 March 2024

Exactly what the title implies...pop in and say "good morning" or even "good evening" and tell us what's on the cards for today or how your day went.

Sadly it's a bit grim down London way

I am taking it easy as I have an eye infection (must get this done before Mrs Messy sees me on my phone)

I woke up 3.30 in pain and couldn't open my left eye. There was nothing I could do so sneaked out leaving my wife sleeping and took a cab to my local A&E

I took food, water and a phone charger as its a 12 hour marathon on a good day

But today was odd. I snuck thru my front door at 5.30am - one hour after arrival at the hospital..... and that included my bus journey

So 10/10 to the NHS including their security who promptly dealt with a drunk who lunged from the shadows at me outside at 4.30 calling me a 'Dirty Bar Steward"

Its true I hadn't showered, but I have never worked in a pub so he got the second bit wrong .salut
