Morning All

Drier and sunnier day today, here's hoping that the rainy season is now behind us and the weather starts to improve

Production is always down at this time of the year due to Ramadan and limited working hours (6 hours per day) for Muslims, which is good for me as I can plough through lots of stuff while they are not in the office

Today is another office-bound day, interviews and admin

A very good morning to you laughing Will and all our HSfB family.

My emoji of the day regarding the weather would have to be No such sun heading our way in the near future!

First task of the day was to contact a very large organisation with a bit of gusto, regarding them making errors on DD amount and me seeking refund of same.

The beautiful gentleman on the other end of the call with the beautiful, peaceful, gentle tone, (regardless of my complaint) was always going to have me agree with him. Whomever employed him deserves a medal! All sorted without a fuss and no stress. Well done the 'Vorst Sprung' ones and 'Look' in your Customer Care.
