any ideas how i can do this to an audience of 5-10 year olds .

any good videos, age appropriate info/ videos to sell the principles ?

I want to sell the profession in the best way.
any ideas/ tips and info would be appreciated

There are many free NAPO videos out there (age and language-free), gets people talking and discussing the topic.

Also I am sure the first helmet and melon video was conducted as a school project, maybe include that?

Good Luck ./thumbsup..

I have to go in schools all the time.... Considerate Constructors Scheme.
Its a pain in the bum !!

Anyone with kids that age will tell you two things:

Keep them interested !!
Keep them busy !!

Putting a video on and standing back wont work.
My best advice is to keep the subject relevant to them.

Pick a subject they mite like. Dangerous toys are a good one.
Battery safety mite also work. ( Phones, vapes ect)
Dangers of media storage !! No kid wants to lose his saved games on the xbox !!!
Over inflating a football mite work too. Its a good one to do in front of school kids, but you will need a screen to protect the kids and full PPE.
