Hiab lift - checklist for receiving persons/ sites

Hi guys, does anyone have a checklist of key points to check on a hiab lift when others are undertaking the lift for use and have RAMS/ lift plan in place and we are supervising/ overseeing/ receiving ? i don't want to reinvent the wheel and want to support our workshop team who recieve the loads in,

Update: taken a new job :D hopefully confidence and positivity will return with new challenge - scary though leaving current place after 16 years (6 years H&S !) :shock:

I dont have a checklist for RAMS as such, but there is a checklist (operator) in our downloads section:
