NCRQ UPDATES IN THIS POST

Post by jwooln3 »

Hi

Logged into MyNCRQ this evening to be greeted with this message:

"We regret to inform you that NCRQ are currently not able to continue delivering qualifications to learners.

We are working very closely with AIM Qualifications, the Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation, to find a solution that will enable you to continue your studies.

We do not have any further information at this time, however all learners will be contacted directly as soon as arrangements have been made.

We sincerely apologise for this temporary disruption to your studies."

Anyone else? Literally waiting for my last assignment back for completion of the diploma so not a happy bunny! :-(

When I access: https://my.ncrq.org.uk/login/

I get the following message banner at the top:

This sounds as if they've had a technical issue, such as a cyber attack perhaps. Fingers crossed it is resolved promptly.
You are only a millimetre or a millisecond away from the next incident.

The announcement on their website homepage is pretty vague too

We are currently experiencing some technical issues which are affecting contact with our student support team. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Luckily though you can still sign up for courses using their flexible payment options. I am sure they would have acted more quickly if this part of their website was down

Very sad to hear they are having problems, which definitely don't sound good at all.

It's the Students that are the main concerns in whatever is the problem. Hopefully negotiations with AIM will at least ensure completion of the Students hard work to conclusion.

The following post within our FB Group was very helpful for Students who are concerned:

"Aim qualifications 01332 224654. Call and register your details with them and they will let you know what’s happening in due course. Hopefully. They cannot give more information at this time but called me back straight away. So at least that bit was fine."

Has anyone contacted them and if so, how did you get on?

Adam, check out the following links, however, one of them includes the details for the Fire Diploma, which they cannot do. Sorry Adam. .pale
