A very good morning/afternoon/evening to you all.

Dull day and not hot in the Central Belt of Scotland so far. I believe we will have some showers later, which gardeners will enjoy I am sure.

Up and running (more a jog actually) first thing with an early start to my otherwise busy-looking Thursday.

Tons done already and now a wee bit of caffeine before some research in-between HSfB dealings.

Jogging? I am well impressed

I have just had a 5 minute crawling race with my 1 year old grandson and I feel I have ran a marathon

I am busy stretching my few hours of CPD into a huge digest of learning as I have abandoned it for far too long . God its tedious

Messy - I too would be similar to yourself with a 1 year old's crawling race!

My jogging remark was all in my mind really!

Hope the CPD tedium has subsided now.
