Didn't expect to see such a big sentance, but having read what happened and that the company had previous deaths on its books...

Surprised the husband didnt get more but the wife sounds like a nasty piece of work.

A perfect- but tragic example to show those who grumble about 'H&S' gone mad when asked to carry out a RA or don PPE

Oh! Horrendous and so avoidable.
