Hi silly question but working through the OBE mocks at the minute. are the principles of a risk assessment the same as the 5 steps of a risk assessment?

I suppose you could argue it would depend upon the context of the question, however, the General Principles best applied to a good and effective Risk Assessment are the Five Steps.
