Moral reasons for H&S

Hi,

Everybody must be kept safe and healthy at work. But what other moral reasons are there? having protected the health and safety of everyone is the main reason for health and safety. But what else? It is a common question in the exams, so they use to request 10 moral reasons (I always end up putting financial reasons, legal reasons,...).

Can someone help with this topic, please?

Thank you very much in advance. ../.

Good Morning EstherFT

'Moral' reasons can be interchanged terms with 'ethical' reasons ./thumbsup..

"Ethics and Occupational Health in the Contemporary World of Work" : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6121687/

"The Core Values that Support Health, Safety, and Well-being at Work" : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3889081/

There are plenty of references in the articles for further reading ../.
