No facemasks on trains, e-scooters, begging, cycling thru red lights, overtaking on the nearside, rule of 6, litter/fly tipping, graffiti, and using a mobile phone while driving an express coach!!
No, not a list of things that annoy me, but what I witnessed yesterday on a single commute.
What is the point of rules & laws unless they are enforced? I support the closing of this loophole of course, but who is going to enforce it?

Totally agree Messy. Where is the enforcement coming from. Not enough Police to even Police normally, let alone this. It just won't happen!Messy wrote: ↑Wed Oct 21, 2020 9:40 am No facemasks on trains, e-scooters, begging, cycling thru red lights, overtaking on the nearside, rule of 6, litter/fly tipping, graffiti, and using a mobile phone while driving an express coach!!

Occasionally one or two people will be caught out, but these will probably be the ones who have never done it previously.
