Lead exposure and RIDDOR

Post by keith666 »

Question on lead poisoning and RIDDOR, if testing results show staff exposed or poisoned by exceeding the minimum level, presuming each case is a reportable event under RIDDOR. (L132 sec. 18).
If multiple cases from the same site/event, presume each case is reportable rather than one single event?

Thanks
