Government confirms the biggest changes to building safety in a generation
"New measures announced include mandatory sprinkler systems and consistent wayfinding signage in all new high-rise blocks of flats over 11 metres tall."

They should just put a ban on high rise buildings. They are not a good thing at all.

I know some lovely high rises, that are well looked after, pose minimal additional fire risks and have a great sense of community.
As with anything, it's not the size of your construction, it's what you do with it that counts.
