Legionella AFTER the lockdown

Post by Ewangoil »

With so many businesses now lying empty for the next 3 weeks at least. What advice are you giving your clients to prevent a Legionella outbreak when everyone goes in and starts running taps again. Thinking as well about all these leisure centres and swimming pools with showers lying redundant.

Luckily, we only have hot and cold water systems, no cooling towers etc. So I am going in a week before everyone else to prep the site for return, one of my tasks will be draining and refilling the systems, temperature checks and daily water running on all taps, toilets etc.
