SMART Objectives

Post by MCJ1983 » Sat Nov 23, 2019 12:19 pm

Hi All

looking for some additional help, I am putting together some improvement plans for an organisation I work with in the construction industry, wondered if anyone had any they might be willing to share?
I have written these in the past but looking for any new ideas.

thanks

Mike

Look for areas identified as weaknesses in audits or other inspections or evaluations.
So when the whole world is safe..............what are we going to do then?

In addition to this, potentially some wellbeing/ health initiatives or look for areas where others can upskill with further training. Upskilling others can be a really positive way to improve overall culture.
