Training Evidence Card

Post by Safety » Thu Nov 07, 2019 9:06 am

Hi all,

does anyone use training evidence cards that engineers would have with them at all times, we are looking into this and I'm wondering what system or software you use?

Thanks

We had something similar a while ago in a company I worked for, similar to the Street work Qualification that had your modules on the back.

We didnt have specific software, we bought a card printer and on the left side had name and photo, right side had details of training qualification and expiry date, this was setup on a template that I think came with the card printer or one of our IT gurus setup the template.

Hope that helps

p.s. all relevant details were also held on training matrix.

We did find it a wee bit costly updating cards every time a qualification was renewed or new one gained.

Will .salut
