Hi, is there a qualification on offer for somebody who can work on behalf of food retailers so that they can attain the food hygiene rating? thanks

There are various levels of food hygiene training:

Level 1, 2 & 3 with level 3 being a supervision/management course.

There are classroom and online courses to suit all.

A simple search of food hygiene course (or certificate) will bring up a plethora of providers.

Level 3 Supervising Food Hygiene
Level 3 HACCP Training.

Level 2 is for workers, Level 3 is for supervisors and managers.
You can do them online for about £150 each. Classrooms tend to be more expensive but I think you retain more information and have a better understanding if you do it in a classroom (Though not always, some courses are shockingly poor quality, so read reviews of the company)
