ME: Hows the cleaning of the fryer going?
EMPLOYEE 1: The oil is still to hot to drain.
EMPLOYEE 2: Why don't you just pour water in it to cool it down then.
My employers question why I insist on safe systems of work when their system of tick box training sheets has worked perfectly well for them for 7 years.
