Why do we carry our pre-use checks (toolbox talk addition)

Not sure if this will be any use to anyone but I use it to help explain in a clear manner why we carry out pre-use checks on Vehicles/Plant/Equipment. It seems to work for me as nobody can claim they don't know why they should do them or how important they are.
I would put it in the download section but appear to have forgotten how to do it
