Re: UNI DNI - support and general questions
Hi folks, brand new to the forum, found it searching for unit D resources and hoping to be a regular contributor over the next few months as i try to complete my unit D.
I would be interested to hear people's thought's on the preferable route with regards Unit D vs DNI. I am in the position where I could submit either.
I like the look and points structure of the newer DNI however it's a bit of an unknown with far less resource available than the D. I dont have a course provider since mine stopped delivering the course so i'm really out on my own without any experience of formal report writing (#desperate to find a private tutor).

A very warm welcome to HSfB. Glad you have joined us and look forward to virtually getting to know you throughout your study.
For those who do not know about the DNI, here is the NEBOSH link. https://www.nebosh.org.uk/Students/defa ... ?cref=1646
We have members with experience of these courses whom I know are going to reply to your post J.

Re: UNI DNI - support and general questions
Anyone planning to submit their DNI unit this month?
I'm changing jobs at moment so thought that it was best to defer till August.

Re: UNI DNI - support and general questions
Think, I will have to defer this until either November or February as its taking me a while to settle into my new role.
Has anyone else made a start on this unit or found any useful resources?

Re: UNI DNI - support and general questions
Fell like I'm making good progress with this now. I am aiming to submit this at the end of the month. I didn't defer in time so would of had to pay £214 to resit anyway if I din't submit this month. Got my work cut out but I'm getting into the swing of things.

Hi ivilla.
Many thanks for the update. Sounds as though you are a lot more comfortable with it all now.
Good luck with your submission. I am sure you will do well.
