A few brief points:
At only 9 observations, you clearly need another 20 or so to make an impression.

What's the 15 Fire Extinguishers? Is that the total found lacking or is the 15 something else, perhaps a copy/paste error. Say how far out of date they are, is it 6 months, or a few days? In my experience, I'd not worry if it was in the calendar month, so you could go from 1 March until 31st march the following year and they would still be 'in date'. So be more specific about it. The regulations just require appropriate maintenance so don't scream the place down over a few days. Think of it like a 'Best Before' date on a chocolate bar; unless you're a complete 'Date Obsessive' you'd still eat it after a best before date ;)

PAT of the Printer? One of my bugbears, excessive PAT on new items. Why PAT the printer? It should have an asset number and be registered, so there is some control of it, but as a new item it only needs a visual check. Add it to the periodic PAT next time it's done. "Inform the Health and Safety Manager of their duty to ensure that all electrical appliances on site are annually PAT Tested" No such 'annual' duty exists; there is only a duty to ensure that the equipment is safe to use.

Poor lighting in the Training area? Why, what evidence? Detail why you think there is poor lighting. Not nearly enough detail in your statement. If it's a bit borderline, recommend accurate lighting checks.

That's just a few key points to give you some insight, I could go further but I don't have more time available, nor would it be appropriate to do your work for you. .salut
