Exam on Friday 11th June

Post by Therese »

Hi All, can't thank you enough for all the support these pages give - I'm on the final leg of a year long journey (I'm looking forward to getting my life back) and my exams are on friday this week - I've revised for a year but this weekend every question I tried to answer was totally lost on me and my head was mush, it felt like I knew nothing, - any words of wisdom and last minute revision tips gratefully received ../.

Thanks all x

Hello Therese

As I mentioned to another poster, who like yourself will be taking the exam on Friday, give yourself a break between study sessions - go watch a movie, ride a bike, etc. That way you will keep your mind fresh and retain more.

Good luck with the exam and let us know how it went.

Therese, that post mentioned above has some brilliant advice, at least have a break and have a read of that post

You know all the answers, you just don't know you do. Go for it! With a year's worth of studying I suggest that you have done more than enough!

So, how did it go for you? I also sat my exams on Friday - I thought A1 was ok, A2 less so (mainly because I had a demoralising start as I hadn't a clue about Q1 requirements to notify under the CDM regs :P). My fault, but with only 2 weeks between my course and the exams I had to focus revision and simply didn't have enough time to cover everything.

Anyway, best of luck to you... I guess we'll find out in August :)

Also, thanks to everyone on here and the main site for the revision aids etc. They were very useful clapclap

Hi, I did the exams yesterday too. Management paper ok, but hazard paper was really hard, and I'll be lucky if I get 5 from the 20 mark CDM question!!
Fingers crossed until August!!
