Another very calm morning here in Scotland.
My heart goes out to those in Valencia and all the areas in and around Spain who have been affected by the horrendous flooding this week, especially those who have lost loved ones.
A day of all sorts for me today and feeling grateful for what I am lucky enough to have in my life.
