Anyone delt with inspecting structure like bridges or walkways were the support structure is submerged? what regs cover it? how often do they need to be inspected? what if you cant see the supports because the water (or soaked mud) obscures them.
Its an issue that might be coming up and a bunch of us had a chat and it was a new thing for all of us.
