Hi everyone. I’m hoping you can offer some guidance regarding risk assessments.
I’ve the nebosh construction cn1 exam starting on Tuesday 2nd April however I’m still not 100% happy with the risk assessment element and despite asking the tutor quite a few times it was obvious that they were only there for the money.
My question is simple. Has anyone got a list of specific hazards? I struggle with them, I know I shouldn’t, but I do. I just want to make sure I’m on the right track otherwise it could be a lot of easy marks lost.
From what I’ve read, on other exams nebosh can be very picky to the extent where hazards need to be written down exactly as per the learning material but I don’t think the construction one is like that.
Hopefully someone can shed some light.

Thanks, but im still struggling hers.
I cant get it into my head what nebosh means by "specific Hazards" relating to vehicle movement on a construction site.
Is "collision" or "collision with other vehicles" the hazard? Is "collision with structures" a specific hazard or do these both fall under "collision" as a specific hazard.
Is "fumes" a hazard or is it "exaust fumes"
Just lost here to be honest and its to summitted tomorrow

I think you may be looking a bit too Hard...guy, which is quite understandable. We have all done it.
Have a look at the following link, which may just clear the fog a bit. https://simplesensiblesafety.co.uk/7-transport-hazards/
I found this other link, which may also simplify things for you. https://knowmorehazard.com/vehicle-haza ... tion-sites

Hazard something that causes harm
Risk harm being eventualised.
So all of your bits above are hazards
