Hi all
My name's James and I have recently completed my NEBOSH NGC. My background has been in 20+ years of tree surgery and, as I get older, I have realised I need to pursue a career in something less physically taxing. H&S seemed to be something I had some degree of experience with, and as I worked on my NEBOSH qualification I realised that myself, and plenty of other people I know, weren't working in accordance with H&S legislation, or morals.
So with that in mind I have decided that I would like to pursue a career in OHS (under the sustainability umbrella), specifically in the industry that I have known for the last two decades. I have already been asked by a few people I know to help them in writing policies and risk assessments, as well as help a business achieve trade body accreditation.
I have a number of questions that I will try and post in the appropriate forum, so I may see you there!
Thank you for your time.
James.

Hello James and welcome to the forum.
Congratulations on achieving your NEBOSH NGC, that's a good grounding in health and safety. Questions and helping each other is what this forum is about, so please do feel free to post away.
I look forward to virtually getting to know you.

You are only a millimetre or a millisecond away from the next incident.
