Anyone undertaken a GAP analysis? of their company?

anyone got a template for this they can share?

Update: taken a new job :D hopefully confidence and positivity will return with new challenge - scary though leaving current place after 16 years (6 years H&S !) :shock:
(previous signature: was motivated once ..................... searching to get it back ! .scratch)

Have you checked the download section? I’m sure you will find something.
What are gauging the GAP analysis against, is for a standard such as ISO 45001?

There are tools on the BSi website to map against 9001, 14001 and 45001. They might be a good start?
So when the whole world is safe..............what are we going to do then?
