RAAC Safety concerns

Post by MrsPeacockinthestudy »

Surprised not to see topics on this already unless I've missed them.

Anyone else dealing with the current situation on RAAC in public buildings? Although the main headlines are talking about schools, a number of other public buildings have the same situation. My employer is one of them. We have a structural report from 3 years ago that states ours are in no immediate danger, although we are now getting a new report. This hasn't stopped the political infighting of local councillors winding up the public opinion though, which is frustrating. As far as I am aware, we are doing what we should be at this point.

How are other H&S pros managing this? :)
