Hi Guys

I am stuck on a question about safety culture, i need to build a link or make and enquiry with someone in relation to improving safety culture in the business, i have tried to speak with H&S consultants but not geting anywere.
Can anyone help, i have carried outva survey at my work, results are nuetral/positive however i want to improve this further. Who can i contact for advice, or has anyone a link in industry?
