Hi all, newbie here
Currently reviewing our open air events capacities and I wonder if you may have opinion of what guidance to use to support them. FSRA open air events and venues or Green Guide (which was used by predecessor) are close enough to each other with one difference that may pose a significant difference - passage time. Green guide (2.5 / 5 / 8minutes), FSRA open-air (between 5-10min, seems more flexible on normal risk). Bearing in mind predecessor has used green guide as reference, but then used 8min passage for normal risk.
Events are open-air BUT... these are quads located in between structures of grade-1 listed victorian building currently assessed at medium risk. The main entrance and exit is 2.5m wide open arch, in unlikely event of arch becoming compromised, there's multiple alternative exits from the quad leading through the building through to the other side in short distance.
Any suggestions welcome
