I'm completely new to this forum and usually not one to post topic (only read them!). However on this occasion, I'm struggling to find a specific thread for my query.
I've been assigned the task of creating and delivering some behavioral based safety training within my workplace. It's not something I've done before and I'm struggling to find ideas on the web.
The company is a manufacturing plant with large machinery and attached offices. Our theme is around a concept called 'STOP-THINK-ACT' and the training is to be based around this concept. I've looked at things such as scavenger hunts, quizzes and the like. however I wondered if anyone had done something similar where they could share a few general ideas that I could maybe adapt?
Any support on this would be greatly appreciated.
