Health and Safety Online Management System

Post by Safety »

Hi all,

I have just had the go ahead from the owner of the company I work for to have a H&S Management system, the system Im looking at would have the following:

1. User friendly
2. Document control management, so where all H&S documents are stored
3. Audit tracking facility for version control when any amendments are carried out on docs
4. An action tracker, where you can assign an action to a manager and give a time frame for completion
5. The possibility of reporting accidents via the system

Anyone recommend any systems out there?

Have a look at MyCompliance I trialled this for my last place and it was fantastic. https://my-compliance.co.uk/
I have since been made aware of IsCompliant (through here https://www.iscompliant.com/ ) this looks equally as good, I would suggest you look at the 2 because there as slight differences in the 2, MyCompliance has more users as default, the costs are similar.

HI Safety,

+1 for MyCompliance.

We use it across 3 sites and 200 people in the waste industry. FIxed cost and easy to use, we use primarily the incident reporting and legal compliance sections.

Get in touch with them and they will demo the system to you, they even set me up with a trial environment for a week to have a play. That way you can really see if the system is going to work for you or not.

Should just point out this is a personal recommendation, not benefitting in any way, just a satisfied customer.

Merlot.

I have been using IsCompliant for 18 months + now, and I love it. Easy to use and navigate, action tracker linked to all modules, doc library etc etc.
