I have read about certain companies requiring their staff to check in at the end of the day. In practice, how does this work? Is there a kind of automated system or do they have to call a manager etc? What if that manager has gone home and the employee has been held up and working really late?
Thank you.

Good Morning Ader.
I am not sure if I have picked up your question correctly or not, but I am thinking you may be asking about a "clocking out" procedure?
