They said to record everything noting what you had taken away from each thing.
This could be magazines, articles, HSE updates, webinars, training given, reports written. Even if it is not directly related to H&S it can be a management or soft skill you might be learning that is relevant to HS career.

I'd 100% agree with Glen
So many people moan and whine about CPD, but it's easy. Write up all manner of things, with some sort of statement as to how it helps. Even if it is 'maintaining skills' rather than increasing them.
