Need a pointer or two...

I've been asked to produce a suite of new Risk Assessment templates:

• HAZOP
  Multi-Level Risk Assessment (specifically 4 layers)
  HACCP

Now HAZOP I can do, no problem. HACCP seems to be something to do with food safety, and according to Google a multi-level RA is a fairly vague concept which may have something to do with flood prevention or shipping. For context, we're service and supply of offshore survival and safety equipment.
It's possibly a daft question, but I've never come across those 2 terms before, and don't really know where to start. Is anyone more familiar than I am and could give me some idea of what I should be looking at?
