We have engineers who work in bakeries in the UK and I have been asked by a customer what measures we have in place to consider whether we could be at risk of introducing this into their stores and possible contribute to the spread.
Has anyone else been asked this question and if so how did you reply?

Re: Coronavirus
Not been asked but would reply (and actually instruct staff) that staff have been instructed to ensure there own personal cleanliness and hygiene i.e. hand washing, tissues for sneezing/coughing etc, as per government advice.

Re: Coronavirus
Can't help I'm afraid, but wanted to comment on the Coronavirus.
I tried to place an order yesterday with Arco for some FFP2 disposable respirators, but they will not supply them due to Coronavirus.
So in the meantime the health of my workers has to suffer?

They've run out of stock or just wouldn't supply them?

Our advice to our client personnel, many of them international travellers : maintain respiratory etiquette, hand hygiene.
If you become unwell, contact medical staff by phone. Don't come to work ill.
All the usual stuff that applies to food-handlers (bakeries) and environments anyway
Do you have medical advisor for your company that can help with the public information aspect?
We also advise that medical staff / HO are reviewing the situation daily as it continues to evolve.
