Good morning all,
I've been tasked to look at suitable solutions to assist the business with legal compliance for SHEQ management.
I've been looking online to see what is available but without undertaking a trial with them to get a feel if they are any good I'm not having much luck.
I wondered if you currently use a system that you can recommend? I've looked at SHE Software, I've seen it a number of times at the H&S Expo but not used it before, when I've spoken to them they cannot speak to me until next week for a demo which isn't suitable.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Cloud based Management Software
Hi,
I dont want to fall foul of any site rules so i will keep this brief. We use a system called My-Compliance across our sites. It has a legislation register function as well as the usual incident reporting and contractor control. We dont use the auditor module yet, thats for later this year.
No connection to the company, just a customer.
Merlot.

Hi Merlot,
Did you find it time consuming loading all of your data into the system. Does it link to the other modules or are they stand alone
cheers,
ScottD

Re: Cloud based Management Software
Hi Scott,
Its continually being populated, we only enter new data into it. All our historical data held on spreadsheets is kept as an archive. To log an accident or incident takes just a few minutes and can also be done via a mobile phone app. Actions raised raised from an accident report link back to the incident but independent actions can also be raised. We have ours set up to record Environmental and Quality issues as well as H&S.
cheers,
Merlot.

Re: Cloud based Management Software
Thanks Merlot,
Good to know, we are looking for a system which is "user friendly" for some of the guys and does not take too much admin time.
by the way, pinot noir is better,
cheers,
Scott

cloud software is all very well until it starts raining
If it isn't broken, that doesn't mean you can't improve it. (Do three negatives make a positive ?)
