Do we have any forum members with experience of Micro Distilleries?
A catering client of mine is branching out into 'artisan spirits'; apparently Gin is passée and he's intending to be at the forefront of the next craze.
So does anyone have intimate knowledge, other than consumption , of the issues surrounding volatile 90 proof spirit straight from the still? I've already seen the HSE list of IN issued for failing to protect persons from vapour/fumes.
If anyone can give me a pointer or two, before I disappear down a rabbit hole, it'd be appreciated

Re: Micro Distilleries
Apparently that's what it comes out the Still at, and then it's diluted when bottled.
