GM H&S Objectives

Post by timg »

Does anyone have a good set of objectives to give to a site General Manager, I do not want accident related objectives but perhaps more unusual ones, ones that encourage engagement and get GM's more involved in H&S in general.

All thoughts are welcomed.

Thanks.

Hours spent on H&S related training
Number of near miss reports raised
Percentage of safety related actions raised that have been closed out
So when the whole world is safe..............what are we going to do then?
