"The Environment Agency is not currently enforcing the need for an environmental permit for the activities listed in this guidance. The activity must be a recycling or recovery activity or involve disposal of waste at the site of production."

Seems they have only added Sheep Dip, we have a large number of exemptions and I’ve known these to be quite slow to get.
For brilliance and, at the same time, for consistency of achievement, for activity in philanthropic enterprise, for astuteness of management and for general alertness, the superiors of Aston Villa cannot be found
