Multiple gas explosions in Massachusetts

Post by witsd »

Looks as though two pressure regulators may have failed, causing lower pressure pipes to rupture.
We often think that when we have completed our study of one we know all about two, because 'two' is 'one and one.' We forget that we still have to make a study of 'and.'

Hi

Where does it state that 2 pressure regulators may have failed?

I agree that there has been a failure somewhere but not best practice to speculate on a public forum?

Regards

Something I was told by someone who lives locally. But yes, you are right - I don't know this for certain.
