Employers Agent - CDM Regs

Post by hammer1 »

Need some info please or where can I source?....

What's the understanding when a client employs an Employer Agent (EA) to act on their behalf on construction projects? I presume the client still has the same responsibilities under CDM.

Also would having the EA act as Designer/Principal Designer also be a conflict of interest create very muggy waters?
