Missing papers
Well today, after lots of revision via online and prep work oh and taking the day of unpaid i sat my exam yippee. Only one problem the papers never turned up to venue they went misssing gutted to be polite but so let down by my provider who have been good to date. Ive a free re- sit in July if i like, that was jolly nice of them

How awful for you! A free re-sit? A refund of all exam fees should be what they are offering, plus a day's pay and compensation for your nerves.

That is down to the Centre.
I sat my Diploma A Exam in the USA. We made special arrangements to set up the exam centre and knowing the USPS was somewhat haphazard, NEBOSH arranged to fax the Paper over to us on the morning if required
So the Centre should have been better organised with contingency plans.

I honestly don’t know what to think of it . Im self employed so there is a cost but im not one to complain .ex army so im used to obstacles in life. Just gutted as i was ready for battle this morning
