So, I've chosen a new design for the site which is still based on the Joomla! content management system software.

Next, I need to plan how to build the new design and how to transfer all existing content onto the new design with the minimum disruption to the site as possible.

I think I'm now past the learning curve and the new site is finally starting to take shape. Better looking, better functionality, works on all types of device (hopefully!) and it will offer a bit more than we have done before. Aiming for more of an all round package for students and professionals.

I'm not quite ready to start giving timescales for when it will be ready, but it won't be this week

Update.

Getting there, slowly but surely. Hopefully get things completed by the end of this weekend, fingers crossed.

So far, the hours spent learning, breaking, learning, fixing, learning, tweaking...etc

99.5 hours so far, estimated 21.5 hours to go!

Luckily I started off this project without hair, otherwise I'd have none left
