Many thanks for this; just need to memorize it.
If I mentioned the 1974 HASAWA act (for example) in the exam, would that not be allowed/marked - as it's from 45 years ago (I mean not referencing to a more recent one)?

HSWA 1974 will be the first thing you learn about as it is the foundation for all H&S Legislation.
HSWA is "the Act" (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974) and is the umbrella for all the Regulations beneath it. Very very important!
Please don't load your mind with what you think until you have the introduction from your Tutor. They will explain how all the legislation comes together.
Good luck.

A very warm welcome to HSfB.
Sorry but we don't have something along the same lines. We do, however, have lots of downloads that may offer some assistance. These can be accessed by clicking the big logo at the top of this page. http://www.healthandsafetytips.co.uk/downloads" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Good to have you aboard.

Hello, looking to book on the June date to resist the ngc1 exam (41% March2015!). I'm aware my 2015 course book may be out of date so pointers to more up to date material, or book recommendations most welcome. Ta.

If you were using the Hughes & Ferrett book, the 6th Ed only came out this year, so a 2015 book shouldn't have much out of place.

Re: Everything you need to know to pass NGC1 Management Pape
Hi all,
I hope to do the ngc1 exam in 2 weeks and this revision really helped me, but does anyone know where one can buy past questions for ngc1 and gc2 at a reasonable price?
Regards

As for NEBOSH past papers you can get them on the NEBOSH website:
