NEBOSH ENVIRONMENTAL -Without provider

Post by lia »

I'm struggling to find an examination centre that will allow me to sit the Cert exams at without a Provider . :(

The college I sat my NGC without a provider , don’t run the Environmental course. The places Nebosh recommended don't accept external students .

The cut of date is the End of the week and I'm running out of places to try , any idea's ? Preferably in Scotland ./thumbsup..

Lia, this college take external Students for other certificates, so worth a 'phone call to them. http://www.forthvalley.ac.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also perhaps this one. http://www.carnegiecollege.ac.uk/Colleg ... formation/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I would PM our Paul memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1128" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and ask him. He may know some. He can be contacted via his website quickly too and I don't think he would mind.

Hi Lia,

You might have sorted yourself out now but if you're not set on NEBOSH, IEMA offer the Associate Certificate by Open Book Exam.

http://www.iema.net/membership/individual/associate" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There are a selection of past papers on the same page to get some idea of the level it's pitched at.

I'm considering the same route as I might need to finance myself through an environmental course.

Good luck.

Hi Beanie :wave:

Thanks for info , I didnt know IEMA offered the exam only , perhaps one for the future ! ;)
I found a provider in england , most of the scottish providers I contacted , no longer run the course at all , I got registered just in time for the June exams. ../.

If you want any of the providers , costs , details etc , just PM me . ./thumbsup..
