It's sad that any fall can be fatal, given the right circumstance.
That's why some people get into the 'Fatality of anything' scenario when doing Risk Assessments.
I've just been delivering a Managing Safely this week and we had the 'Consequences' debate.
People have tripped in the street and cracked their heads on kerbs, but fortunately the odds are against a fatality in such circumstances.
