Quick question about the Observation sheet of the practical assessment. Are you supposed to approach it by listing the various ignition, oxygen, and fuel sources and putting the relevant control measures next to them like a table, or is it more 2 general, separate lists, one for the hazards identified and the other for controls?
Thanks!

Hi toecutter. You should have a table for your observation sheets where you list on the left side the hazards one by one and on the right side the control measures that you think are required.
