"These reports are commissioned by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and are intended to establish how High Pressure Laminate panels in combination with stone wool insulation behave in a fire."

An interesting read, even although much of it was far too technical for my pea brain!!
I was interested by the legal 'get out of jail' type blurb at the front of the report which aims to provide some non stick teflon coating for the authors, and the large amount of redacted information within the report, on drawings and on photos.
So much for openness and transparency then!
