Anyone have any good suggestion on Risk Assessment templates? I did have one I liked but I must have left it on my previous works laptop and now I can't find where I downloaded it from. The one I had is very similar to this one from hants fire service, but the form on this one is hard to add information to or edit where as the one I had I could just type straight in to. https://www.hantsfire.gov.uk/EasySiteWe ... alId=73637
I should really make my own but every time I start I get half way through and then think, hmmm, i could make it better if I did this, and I end up spending more time trying to design the form and less time on the assessment.
Just need something basic that I can adapt but the last one I had gave a really nice summary of what should be included in each section according to the regs.

Re: FRA Templates
I know PAS 79 isn't to everyone's liking, but have you tried it?

I have a template using the PAS79 format, which is only 12 pages.
